The 12 Days of Fitness
Our favourite holiday challenge begins today!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Our 3rd annual “12 Days of Fitness” begins today. Here are the details:
• There are 12 workouts, many of which have been submitted by our fabulous members
• You can complete the workouts in any order and you can complete more than one workout on any given day
• Each completed workout must be signed by Nyree, Greg, Kelly or Teresa
• When you complete all 12 workouts you will be entered in a draw to win one of three Premier Martial Arts/Grand River CrossFit long-sleeved t-shirts.
All workouts can be adapted to your current fitness level! This challenge is FREE for our awesome members. No need to sign up; just pick up your “12 Days of Fitness” challenge at the front desk.
