Teaching kids to love fitness!

Embracing an active lifestyle starts early. Our SuperKids CrossFit program is a fun, active alternative to sedentary after school programs.

This innovative program will:

  • Improve your child’s agility, balance, coordination and endurance

  • Teach proper movement technique and enhance sports performance

  • Increase your child’s confidence and self-esteem

  • Provide a safe outlet for your child’s energy

SuperKids CrossFit is the only fitness program in the area that is specifically designed for kids ages 6 to 12. It is:

  • Geared to all fitness levels and abilities

  • Action-packed. Your child is moving the entire time

  • A safe and positive learning environment

We offer SuperKids CrossFit on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00. Classes are 45 minutes and are offered from September to June.
