Embracing an active lifestyle starts early. Our SuperKids CrossFit program is a fun, active alternative to sedentary after school programs.
This innovative program will:

SuperKids CrossFit is the only fitness program in the area that is specifically designed for kids ages 6 to 12. It is:
Geared to all fitness levels and abilities
Action-packed. Your child is moving the entire time
A safe and positive learning environment
We offer SuperKids CrossFit on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00. Classes are 45 minutes and are offered in 3 month sessions.
