STOP! If you are experiencing a fever, shortness of breath, cough or other symptoms related to COVID-19 stay home. If you are awaiting test results, please stay home until it is safe for you to return.
Pre-book your time with our online calendar. This will allow us to manage flow and maintain social distancing. Dropping in for a workout without pre-booking will not be permitted. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled time. You are welcome to warm up outside if you arrive early. Please maintain social distance if you do so.

We will not be accepting drop-ins, “day pass” or guests at this time.
CROSSFIT CLASSES & OPEN GYM
CrossFit classes will be ONE HOUR with a structured warm-up, workout-specific skill work, a WOD, strength training or skill work and a cool down. This will allow you to have an effective workout and allow us to make sure you are getting the most out of your time.
Open gym time is available at specific times and must be pre-booked online. You are welcome to do the WOD or work on strength and skills. Social distancing must be maintained and you must clean your equipment before and after use. Respect the ONE HOUR time limit.
WHEN YOU ENTER & DURING YOUR WORKOUT
Our lobby and entry are tight. Please give each other space as you enter and exit the building. The change rooms are available, but it would be preferable if you arrive dressed to workout. If you must use the change room, please respect social distancing and be as quick as possible.
Hand sanitizer must be used before entering the gym. There is a station in our lobby. Additional hand sanitizer is available on the front desk. When you leave you must also use hand sanitizer.
Keep your gym bag with you at your workout station or in the change room. Please bring your own towel, weight lifting belt, wrist wraps and other accessories. You will not be permitted to borrow these items.
Wipe down your equipment before and after your workout. There will be buckets with disinfectant and rags available in several locations around the gym. A mop and disinfectant will also be available if you happen to leave a big “sweat angel” on the floor! We will also be cleaning equipment between classes.
The martial arts room will be available for stretching. Please maintain social distance and wipe the floor when you are finished.
The water fountain is available for refilling your water bottle only! Please bring your own reusable water bottle.
Kids are welcome but MUST remain on the benches at the front desk. They may not enter the gym area for any reason. Please bring your own toys or a tablet to keep them entertained for the duration of your workout. Food will not be permitted and the water fountain is off limits, expect to refill a reusable water bottle.
Haldimand County has not issued a mandatory mask policy yet. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, please do so. Bring your own mask. The bonus of a mask is you could be sticking your tongue out at us and we won’t know!
Private lessons are available. One-on-one or small groups of up to four students will be permitted with limited contact. Students must use hand sanitizer before and after their lesson and must bring their own equipment.
